Products Offered

DudukCraft sells physical Armenian musical instruments, specifically handcrafted Armenian duduks made from apricot wood, along with related duduk accessories such as reeds and cases.

Because many products are handcrafted or made from natural materials, small differences in wood grain, color, finish, sound, and appearance may occur. These natural variations do not necessarily mean the product is defective.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices, availability, shipping options, and delivery estimates may change without notice before an order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment is not authorized, the shipping destination is restricted, the order appears fraudulent, or an error appears in product information or pricing.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If the order has not yet shipped or entered final handling, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return according to our Return, Refund & Dispute Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, special-order, or one-of-a-kind instruments may not be cancelable once production, preparation, or special sourcing has started.

Shipping, Delivery, and Warehouses

DudukCraft may ship products from Armenia, the United States, Amazon fulfillment, partner warehouses, or other fulfillment locations depending on product availability and customer destination.

Shipping times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, local postal conditions, or other events outside our control.

International Orders, Import Duties, and Customs

International customers are responsible for complying with the laws, customs rules, import restrictions, and delivery requirements of their destination country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other government charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot guarantee that a product may be legally imported into every country. If a shipment is refused, delayed, returned, seized, or destroyed because of customs rules, import restrictions, unpaid duties, or incorrect customer-provided information, the customer may be responsible for related costs, subject to applicable law.

We will not falsify customs declarations, understate product values, or mark commercial orders as gifts.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, coupons, or special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and only under the stated conditions.

Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Promotions may be limited by product, category, customer, country, quantity, order value, or availability.

DudukCraft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, subject to applicable law. If a promotion is used in a way that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the promotional terms, we may refuse or cancel the order.

Product Use and Responsibility

Duduks and reeds require careful handling, storage, and use. Customers are responsible for using and maintaining products appropriately. Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, moisture, heat, impact, alteration, or normal wear may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DudukCraft and Looglo LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
