Return, Refund & Dispute Policy
DudukCraft is a brand operated by Looglo LLC.
This policy applies to purchases made from DudukCraft for physical Armenian musical instruments and related accessories, including handcrafted duduks, reeds, and cases.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To begin a return, contact us at [email protected] and include your order number, name, email address, and reason for the return.
Returns must be approved before the item is shipped back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, clean, and returned with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation.
Because duduks are wind instruments and may come into contact with the mouth, hygiene rules apply. Used reeds, opened reeds, or reeds that show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, special-order, or one-of-a-kind instruments may be final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packing the returned item. DudukCraft is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Approved refunds are usually processed by us within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account, commonly 5 to 10 business days depending on the provider.

Please include your order number, contact information, photos if applicable, and a clear explanation of the issue. We aim to respond to customer service requests within 2 business days.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened through your bank or payment provider, we may provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and this policy as part of the dispute review process.
